€3,000,000 Series 63 Covered Bonds due 2021 (ISIN XS1360443979) issued under the €35,000,000,000 global covered bond programme of the Issuer,

(the "Retained Notes")

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Listing Rule 5.2.8 that the Issuer, as holder of the Retained Notes, has requested that the Financial Conduct Authority delist the Retained Notes with effect from 10 February 2020.
