Notice of decisions of the Board of Directors

PJSC TransContainer ("TransContainer" or the "Company") (LSE: TRCN; MOEX: TRCN) announces that its Board of Directors today passed the following resolutions:

1. To appoint Sergey Shishkarev as Chairman of the Board of Directors of PJSC TransContainer and Petr Baskakov as Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors of PJSC TransContainer.

2. To elect the Strategy Committee of the Board of Directors comprising the following members:

- Sergey Shishkarev

- Petr Baskakov

- Ivan Besedin

- Artyom Polyakov

To elect Sergey Shishkarev as Chairman of the Strategy Committee.

3. To elect the Audit Committee of the Board of Directors comprising the following members:

- Sergey Dolgov

- Ivan Besedin

- Dmitrii Pankov

To elect Sergey Dolgov as Chairman of the Audit Committee.

4. To elect the Personnel and Remuneration Committee of the Board of Directors comprising the following members:

- Artyom Polyakov

- Petr Baskakov

- Dmitrii Pankov

To elect Artyom Polyakov as the Chairman of the Personnel and Remuneration Committee.
