Filing of lawsuit

PeerTV (AIM:PTV), a provider of technology solutions for the OTT (TV over the internet) market, and PCB (printed circuit board) production solutions, announces that Live Asia, a customer of PeerTV, has recently filed a claim in a Tel Aviv District Court against PeerTV PLC and PeerTV LTD.

Live Asia has filled the lawsuit while discussing a long and outstanding debt due to PeerTV by Live Asia and has alleged claims of support and warranty issues. The lawsuit and request for injunctions have been filed in Israeli judicial system which was not the agreed jurisdiction. Temporary injunctions submitted by Live Asia have been rejected by the Tel Aviv District Court.
