Notice of Change to Director Details

Petropavlovsk PLC (the "Company") announces that it has been notified that Natalia Yakovleva, an independent non-executive director of the Company, has been appointed independent non-executive director of VK Company Limited with effect from 31 March 2022.

VK Company Limited (VKCO) is listed on the London and Moscow stock exchanges.

This disclosure is made in accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14R.
