Drax advises that Philip Cox, Chairman and a non-executive director, has been appointed as a non-executive director and Chairman Designate of Kier Group plc with effect from 1 July 2017.

Mr Cox is currently Chairman of Global Power Generation (CPG). He will step down from this position by 10 September 2017.
