Tyman plc, a leading international supplier of components to the door and window industry, notes that in accordance with paragraph 9.6.14R of the Listing Rules, Martin Towers, Non-executive Director and Chairman of the Audit Committee of Tyman, has announced his intention to retire from the board of Kcom Group plc (KCOM.L) with effect from 31 July 2015.
