Tyman plc, a leading international supplier of components to the door and window industry, notes that in accordance with paragraph 9.6.14R of the Listing Rules, Jamie Pike, Independent Non-executive Chairman of Tyman, has been appointed the Independent Non-Executive Chairman of Ibstock plc, a leading manufacturer of clay bricks and concrete products, with effect from 27 October 2015.
