Base Resources Limited (ASX & AIM: BSE) (Base Resources) advises that it has today received notification from FIL Limited that, as at 3 September 2021, it and FIL Investments International (FIL) had decreased their voting power in Base Resources to 85,078,120 ordinary shares, representing 7.22% of the total Base Resources ordinary shares on issue and constituting a significant shareholding for the purposes of the AIM Rules for Companies.
FIL’s interest in 85,078,120 ordinary shares is held as follows:

The decrease in FIL’s holding for the purposes of the AIM Rules for Companies was the net result of the disposal and acquisition of ordinary shares, in each case, on and from 20 May 2021.
FIL disposed 22,653,330 shares for an average price of A$0.295 per share between 20 May 2021 and 3 September 2021. It acquired 1,755,752 shares for an average price of A$0.309 per share between 20 May 2021 and 1 September 2021.
