NOTICE OF CHANGE OF INTERESTS OF SUBSTANTIAL SHAREHOLDER

Base Resources Limited (ASX & AIM: BSE) (“Base”) advises that it has today received from substantial shareholder, Taurus SM Holdings Pty Limited, notification that it currently holds an interest in 104,404,126 ordinary shares in Base representing 18.58% of the company's issued share capital, following the on market net acquisition of 9,921,479 ordinary shares during the period 23 April 2015 to 16 June 2015 at an average price of A$0.128 per ordinary share, since its last notification on 20 April 2015.
