RE: FORM 604 NOTICE OF CHANGE OF INTERESTS OF SUBSTANTIAL HOLDER

Oilex Ltd ("Oilex") advises that it has lodged a Form 604 Notice of Change of Interests of Substantial Holder with Bow Energy Limited ("Bow"). Oilex's holding in the issued capital of Bow has changed from 14.14% to 9.07%. The change is the result of dilution arising from the issue of additional shares in Bow. The current number of Bow shares held by Oilex remains unchanged at 13,300,000.
