Patria Private Equity Trust plc ("PPET" or "the Company") announces that it will be hosting a Capital Markets Event on 1 June 2026 from 14.30 - 16.15 BST. The event will be held in person at London Stock Exchange, 10 Paternoster Square, London EC4M 7LS and will be broadcast virtually via SparkLive.

Marking 25 years since the Company's launch, the event will reflect PPET's journey to-date and its long track record of delivering strong long-term total returns through a diversified portfolio of private equity investments, with a clear focus on the European mid-market.

Members of the Patria Investments team will share their perspectives on the evolving private markets landscape, discuss how PPET's strategy continues to adapt, and outline how the Company is positioned to continue delivering attractive returns for shareholders. Attendees will also hear insights from selected General Partners, alongside a detailed overview of the Company's approach across primary funds, secondaries and co-investments.
