NOTICE OF CAPITAL MARKETS DAY

Capital & Regional, the UK focused REIT with a c. £1 billion portfolio of dominant in-town community shopping centres, will hold a capital markets day and property tour for analysts and investors on Tuesday, 5 December 2017.

Lawrence Hutchings, the Chief Executive who joined the business in June, will provide a strategy update and then presentations from some of the wider asset management team will be followed by a visit to The Exchange in Ilford, which the Company acquired in March 2017.
