NOTICE OF CAPITAL MARKETS DAY

Flybe Group plc ("the Company"), Europe's largest regional airline, will host a Capital Markets Day presentation on Friday, 28 November 2014 in Exeter for sell-side analysts and institutional shareholders.

The presentations will be given by the senior management team and will focus on Flybe's stronger operational and financial disciplines and improved commercial execution. These underpin the company's twin-engine growth strategy of branded expansion and white label operations.
