Notice of Capital Markets Day

Hotel Chocolat Group plc, a premium British chocolatier and omni-channel retailer, announces that it will be hosting a Capital Markets Day ("CMD") for institutional investors and analysts today, Thursday 23 May 2019. The CMD is being held between the hours of 12:00 and 15:00 at the offices of Liberum Capital, Ropemaker Place, 25 Ropemaker Street, London, EC2Y 9LY. Lunch will be provided.

The CMD will be hosted by Andrew Gerrie (Chairman) and Angus Thirlwell (Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer), together with other members of the Board of Directors and senior management team, and will provide attendees with an overview of Hotel Chocolat's brand, vision and strategy. There will be an opportunity for Q&A as well as product tasting.

No material new information will be made public and the presentation materials will be made available on the Company's website at https://www.hotelchocolat.com/uk/investor-relations.html.
