Notice of Capital Markets Day and Site Visit

Benchmark Holdings plc (LSE:BMK), the leading aquaculture biotechnology company, announces that it is hosting a Capital Markets Day and Site Visit for investors and analysts on Tuesday, 20 September 2022, from 9:00 CEST in Bodø and Salten, Norway, the site of the Group's state of the art, land based salmon genetics facility.

During the event, Trond Williksen CEO and Septima Maguire CFO, together with other members of the Benchmark senior management team, will elaborate on the operations and strategy of its three business areas, Genetics, Advanced Nutrition and Health, and on the long-term strategy and financial targets for the Group. After the presentations, which will take place from 9:00am to 12:00pm CEST in Bodø, participants will be invited to join a site visit to the Company's nearby salmon genetics facility in Salten and transport will be provided between Bodø and Salten. The day is expected to conclude in Bodø at 20:00 CEST.

An agenda for the Capital Markets Day, transport information, as well as information on participating remotely via a webcast, will be made available closer to the event date. A recording of the Capital Markets Day and presentation materials will be available on the Company's website after the event.
