NOTICE OF CANCELLATION REQUEST OF LISTING ON THE OFFICIAL LIST

BAC has requested the cancellation of its common stock from listing on the standard segment of the UK Listing Authority's Official List and from trading on the London Stock Exchange's main market for listed securities. Pursuant to UK Listing Rule 5.2.8, the cancellation notice period has now commenced and cancellation is expected to take effect from 8.00 a.m. on 5 June 2017.

BAC will maintain its listing on the New York Stock Exchange ("NYSE"). Shareholders should contact their UK broker/CREST member with respect to trading on or after 5 June 2017.
