It is to inform that 23rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Members of theCompany is scheduled for Monday, the 3rd day of September, 2007 at 10.30 a.m. atAir Force Auditorium, Subroto Park, New Delhi- 110010. Further, please note that the Register of Members and the Share Transfer Booksof the Company shall remain closed from Monday, the 20th August, 2007 to Monday,the 3rd September 2007 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of determining theeligibility for final dividend for the financial year ended on 31st March, 2007,if any, to he declared at the said AGM. It is further informed that the final dividend for the financial year ended on31st March, 2007, if approved by the members of the Company at the 23rd AnnualGeneral Meeting, is proposed to be paid from 10th September, 2007 onwards.
