The board of directors (the "Board") of Datang International Power Generation Co., Ltd. (the "Company") hereby announces that a meeting of the Board will be convened on 26 April 2011 (Tuesday) to consider and approve, among others, the unaudited 2011 first quarterly results of the Company and its subsidiaries for the period ended 31 March 2011.
