NOTICE OF BOARD OF DIRECTORS MEETING
The board of directors (the "Board") of Datang International Power Generation Co., Ltd. (the "Company") hereby announces that a meeting of the Board will be convened on 27 April 2009 (Monday) to consider and approve, among others, the unaudited first quarterly results of the Company and its subsidiaries for the period ended 31 March 2009.
