NOTICE OF BOARD OF DIRECTORS MEETING
The board of directors (the "Board") of Datang International Power Generation Co., Ltd. (the "Company") hereby announces that a meeting of the Board will be convened on 24 October 2008 (Friday) to consider and approve, among others, the unaudited third quarterly results of the Company and its subsidiaries for the period ended 30 September 2008.
