NOTICE OF BOARD OF DIRECTORS MEETING
The board of directors (the "Board") of Datang International Power Generation Co., Ltd. (the "Company") hereby announces that a meeting of the Board will be convened on 30 March 2009 (Monday) to consider and approve, among others, the audited 2008 annual results of the Company and its subsidiaries for the year ended 31 December 2008.
