BOARD MEETING OF UNITED BANK LIMITED ("UBL")
This is to inform you that 184th meeting of the Board of Directors of UBL will be held on 23 April 2013 at 11:00 a.m. (UAE Time) at Abu Dhabi, UAE, inter-alia, to consider and approve the Quarterly Accounts of UBL for the period ended 31-03-2013 (1st Quarter Accounts 2013).
We will communicate the financial results for the said period to the exchanges on same day from our fax numbers 021-32411749 or 021-990332304.
The Bank has declared the "Closed Period" from 12 April 2013 to 23 April 2013 (both days inclusive) as required under Clause (xxiii) of the Code of Corporate Governance 2012 contained in the Listing Regulations of the Stock Exchanges. Accordingly, no Director, CEO or Executive shall, directly or indirectly, deal in / buy & sell the shares of the Company in any manner during the Closed Period.
