The board of directors (the "Board") of Air China Limited (the "Company") hereby announces that a meeting of the Board of the Company will be held at The Conference Room, Air China Building, 36 Xiaoyun Road, Chaoyang District, Beijing on Tuesday, 26 August 2008 at 9:00 a.m. for the purpose of considering and approving, among others, the interim results for the six months ended 30 June 2008.
