BOARD MEETING OF UNITED BANK LIMITED ("UBL")

This is to inform you that 207th Meeting of the Board of Directors of the UBL will be held on Friday, 17 February 2017 at Dubai at 10:00 a.m. (UAE Time), inter-alia, to consider and approve the Annual Accounts of UBL for the year ended 31 December 2016 for declaration of any entitlement.

The Bank has declared the "Closed Period" from 09 February 2017 to 17 February 2017 (both days inclusive) as required under Clause 5.19.15 of the Code of Corporate Governance contained in the Pakistan Stock Exchange Regulations. Accordingly, no Director, CEO or Executive shall, directly/indirectly, deal in the shares of the Company in any manner during the Closed Period.

You may please inform the members of the Exchange accordingly.
