BOARD MEETING OF UNITED BANK LIMITED ("UBL")

This is to inform you that 204th Meeting of the Board of Directors of the UBL will be held on Tuesday, 26 July 2016 at Islamabad at 10:00 a.m., inter-alia, to consider and approve the Second Quarter (Half Yearly) Accounts of UBL for the period ended 30 June 2016 for declaration of any entitlement.

The Bank has declared the "Closed Period" from 18 July 2016 to 26 July 2016 (both days inclusive) as required under Clause 5.19.15 of the Code of Corporate Governance 2012 contained in the Rule Book of the Pakistan Stock Exchange. Accordingly, no Director, CEO or Executive shall, directly/indirectly, deal in the shares of the Company in any manner during the Closed Period.

You may please inform the members of the Exchange accordingly.
