BOARD MEETING OF UNITED BANK LIMITED ("UBL")

This is to inform you that 211th Meeting of the Board of Directors of the UBL will be held on Thursday, 19 October 2017 at Islamabad at 10:00 a.m., inter-alia, to consider and approve the 3rd Quarter Accounts of UBL for the period ended 30 September 2017 for declaration of any entitlement.

The Bank has declared the "Closed Period" from 11 October 2017 to 19 October 2017 (both days inclusive) as required under Clause 5.19.15 of the Code of Corporate Governance contained in the Rule Book of the Pakistan Stock Exchange. Accordingly, no Director, CEO or Executive shall, directly/ indirectly, deal in the shares of the Company in any manner during the Closed Period.

You may please inform the members of the Exchange accordingly.
