Sub.: Un-audited Financial Results for the quarter ended on 31st December, 2008 and payment of interim dividend for Financial Year 2008-09
This is in compliance of Listing Agreement.
This is to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, the 28th January, 2009 to consider, inter-alia, the un-audited financial results for the quarter ended on 31st December, 2008 and proposal of payment of interim dividend for Financial Year (FY) 2008-09.
It is further informed that the 'RECORD DATE', for the purpose of determining the eligibility of the members of the Company for the payment of the said interim dividend, if approved by the Board, has been fixed for Monday, the 2nd February, 2009 and the same is proposed to be paid from 5th February, 2009 onwards.
