BOARD MEETING OF UNITED BANK LIMITED ("UBL")

This is to inform you that 223rd Meeting of the Board of Directors of the UBL will be held on Wednesday, 16 October 2019 at Islamabad at 09:00 a.m. inter-alia, to consider and approve the 3rd Quarter Accounts of UBL for the Year ending 31 December 2019 for declaration of any entitlement.

The UBL has declared the "Closed period" from 08 October 2019 to 16 October 2019 (both days inclusive) as required under Clause 5.6.1 (d) of PSX Regulation. Accordingly, no Directors, CEO or Executive shall, directly / indirectly, deal in the Shares of the Company in any manner during the Closed Period.

You may please inform the TRE Certificate Holders of the Exchange accordingly.
