BOARD MEETING OF UNITED BANK LIMITED ("UBL")

This is to inform you that 222nd Meeting of the Board of Directors of UBL will be held on Wednesday 07 August 2019 at Islamabad at 09:00 a.m., inter-alia, to consider and approve the Condensed Interim Financial Statements of UBL for the Half Year ended 30 June 2019 for declaration of any entitlement.

The Bank has declared the "Closed period" from 29 July 2019 to 07 August 2019 (both days inclusive) as required under Clause 5.6.1(d) of PSX Regulations. Accordingly, no Directors, CEO or Executive shall, directly/ indirectly, deal in the shares of UBL in any manner during the Closed Period.

You may please inform the TRE Certificate Holders of the Exchange accordingly.
