BOARD MEETING OF UNITED BANK LIMITED ("UBL")

This is to inform you that 221st Meeting of the Board of Directors of the UBL will be held on Wednesday, 24 April 2019 at Islamabad at 09:00 a.m. inter-alia, to consider and approve the Condensed Interim Financial Statements of UBL for the quarter ended 31 March 2019 for declaration of any entitlement.

The Bank has declared the "Closed Period" from 16 April 2019 to 24 April 2019 (both days inclusive) as required under Clause 5.6.1 (d) of PSX Regulations. Accordingly, no Director, CEO or Executive shall, directly / indirectly, deal in the shares of the Company in any manner during the Closed Period.

You may please inform the TRE Certificate Holders of the Exchange accordingly.
