This is to inform that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the company is scheduled to be held on Thursday, the 14th February, 2013 to consider, inter-alia, the un-audited Financial Results for the quarter ended on 31st Decmeber,2012 and proposal of interim dividend for the FY 2012-13.

For the purpose of payment of interim dividend, if so approved by the Board, 'RECORD DATE", will be Wednesday, the 20th February, 2013.
