Notice of Availability of Materials for

the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders on 22 June 2017

PJSC TransContainer ("TransContainer" or the "Company) (TRCN), Russia's leading intermodal container transportation and logistics company, notifies that the materials for the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders ("EGM") are now available at www.trcont.ru.

As announced on 25 April 2017, the AGM will be held at 11.00 am Moscow Time in the Troitskiy-Kolomenskiy Hall of the Mariott Grand Hotel, 26/1 Tverskaya Street, Moscow. The registration will start at 10.00 am (Moscow time).
