Notice of Availability of Materials for the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders

JSC TransContainer ("TransContainer" or the "Company) (TRCN), Russia's leading intermodal container transportation and logistics company, notifies that the Company's proposed amendments and supplements to the Articles of Association of TransContainer, and other relevant information for the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders ("AGM"), are now available at www.trcont.ru.

As announced on 17 April 2014, the AGM will take place on 24 June 2014, at 11.00 a.m. at Mariott Grand Hotel (Kuskovsky Hall), 26/1 Tverskaya Street, Moscow.
