Ramsdens Holdings PLC, the growing, diversified financial services provider and retailer, confirms that Peter Kenyon, Chief Executive Officer, and Martin Clyburn, Chief Financial Officer will provide a live presentation via the Investor Meet Company platform on 15 January 2026 at 5:00pm GMT, relating to the Group's Annual Results, which will be published on 14 January 2026.

The presentation is open to all existing and potential shareholders. Questions can be submitted pre-event via the Investor Meet Company dashboard up until 9:00am the day before the meeting or at any time during the live presentation.
