HICL Infrastructure PLC, the listed infrastructure investment company, advises that it plans to announce its annual results for the year ended 31 March 2019 on Wednesday 22 May 2019.

There will be a meeting for analysts at 9.30am on 22 May 2019 at the offices of Canaccord Genuity Limited, 88 Wood Street, London EC2V 7QR.
