Posting of Annual Report and Notice of AGM & Director Resignation

Honeycomb Investment Trust plc (the "Company") announces that the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ending 31 December 2018, together with the Notice of the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be posted to shareholders today. The Annual Report and Accounts and the Notice of the AGM are available to view on the Company's website: https://www.honeycombplc.com/information and they have also been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism.

The AGM will be held at 2.15pm on 6 June 2019 at the offices of Slaughter and May, One Bunhill Row, London EC1Y 8YY.

The Company also announces that Ravi Takhar, Non-Executive Director of the Company, has given notice that he will resign from his position on the Board of Directors with effect from the conclusion of the AGM on 6 June 2019 in order to facilitate a policy of orderly Board succession, as explained further in the Annual Report and Accounts 2018.
