Seeing Machines Limited (AIM: SEE), the advanced computer vision technology company that designs AI-powered operator monitoring systems to improve transport safety, announces that it will hold its Annual General Meeting (AGM) 6pm Australian Eastern Daylight Time (AEDT) on Wednesday 26 November 2025.

The AGM will be held as a virtual meeting only which means shareholders can only attend online. Details regarding how to attend the AGM virtually are set out below.
