Minoan Group Plc announces that its Annual General Meeting will be held at the offices of Pinsent Masons LLP, 30 Crown Place, London, EC2A 4ES at 11.30 a.m. on 25 April 2014.
The Report and Financial Statements for the year ended 31 October 2013, together with the Notice of Annual General Meeting, will be available on the Company's website today and will be posted today to those shareholders who elected to continue to receive hard copy communication from the Company.
