The Company announces that the Annual Report of the Company for the year ended 31 December 2016 and notice of Annual General Meeting will be sent to shareholders of the Company today.

The Annual General Meeting of the Company has been called for 11.00 am on Monday 26 June 2017 at 14 Curzon Street, London, W1J 5HN.

In 2012, W Resources Plc (AIM:WRES) made the successful transition into a tungsten production exploration and development company with projects in Spain and Portugal, following two acquisitions.
