Notice of Annual General Meeting

Nature Group PLC (the "Group") (AIM:NGR), the provider of port reception facilities and waste treatment solutions for the oil, marine and process industries, confirms that the Notice of Annual General Meeting (the "Notice") has been posted to shareholders. The Annual General Meeting will be held at Pinsent Masons LLP, 30 Crown Place, Earl Street, London EC2A 4ES at 10.30 am BST on Friday 27 July 2018 (the "Meeting").

The Report and Accounts for the twelve months ended 31 December 2017 will be published and announced in advance of the Meeting.
