Notice of Annual General Meeting

13 May 2014. Moscow, Russia. - JSC Russian Grids (LSE: RSTI) (the "Company"), the largest electricity transmission and distribution grid company in Russia, today announces that the Board of Directors set 30 June 2014 as the date of the Company's Annual General Meeting of Shareholders ("AGM").

The AGM will take place at 11:00 a.m. Moscow time in Pavilion 55 at the All-Russia Exhibition Centre ("GAO VVC"), located at 119/55 Prospekt Mira, Moscow, Russia. Registration of shareholders participating in the AGM is to start at 9:30 a.m. Moscow time on 30 June 2014.

The record date for shareholders entitled to participate in the AGM is 26 May 2014.
