Notice of Annual General Meeting
Amur Minerals Corporation (AIM: AMC) announces today that the Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held on Monday 15 August 2011 commencing at 9 a.m. (Mountain Daylight Time, 16:00 London BST) at the offices of Pioneer Management LLC, 100 Fillmore Street, 5th Floor, Denver, CO 80206.
A copy of the resolutions to be considered at the Annual General Meeting will be posted to Shareholders today. Details of the resolutions for consideration can be downloaded from the Company website.
