The Company today gives notice that the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") for 2015 will be held on Thursday, 15 October 2015 at MW House, 1 Penman Way, Grove Park, Enderby, Leicester, LE19 1SY, commencing at 10.00am.
Copies of the Notice of AGM and Form of Proxy have been sent to shareholders today and are also available on the Company's website at: www.mattioli-woods.com, together with a copy of the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 May 2015.
