Digitalbox plc (AIM: DBOX), the digital media business, announces that, further to the announcement released on 8 May 2019, the Company's Annual General Meeting will now be held at 2 pm on 10 July 2019. The venue remains the same - Newgate Communications, Sky Light City Tower, 50 Basinghall St, London EC2V 5DE.
