Notice of Annual General Meeting
Emerging sustainable battery materials producer, Neometals Ltd (ASX & AIM: NMT) ("Neometals" or "the Company"), is pleased to announce that it will hold its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") on Friday, 24 November 2023 at 3.00pm (AWST) at the Parmelia Hilton Perth, 14 Mill Street, Perth, Western Australia.
An item of business at the AGM will be the election of Directors. In accordance with rule 8.1(k) of the Company's Constitution, the closing date for the receipt of nominations for the election of Directors is Thursday, 21 September 2023.
