Notice of Annual General Meeting

iEnergizer Limited (AIM: IBPO.L), an international and full service BPO business, is pleased to advise that the Annual General Meeting of shareholders will be held at Mont Crevelt House, Bulwer Avenue, St Sampson, Guernsey, GY2 4LH on 14 August 2015 at 12.30 pm.

The Notice of Meeting will be dispatched to all shareholders by post on the 23 July 2015. The Annual Report and Accounts for the financial year ending 31st March 2015 will be dispatched to all shareholders on or before 14 August 2015. An electronic copy of the Annual Report and Accounts is also available on the Investor Relations section of the Company's website at www.iEnergizer.com.
