Sportech, the international betting technology business, announces that the notice convening the Group's Annual General Meeting ('AGM') and Proxy Voting Forms were mailed to shareholders on Friday, 27 April 2018.

The Group's Annual Report and Accounts for 2017, Notice of the AGM and Form of Proxy are available on the Investor Relations section of the Group's website at www.sportechplc.com and copies of the documents have also been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism for inspection at www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/nsm.

Sportech's AGM will be held on Thursday, 24 May 2018 at the offices of Buchanan Communications, 107 Cheapside, London EC2V 6DN, commencing at 09.30 a.m.
