Notice of Annual General Meeting

Phorm (AIM: PHRM), a leading internet personalisation technology company, announces that its forthcoming Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be held at 11.00 a.m. (London time) on Friday 28 August 2015 at the offices of Hogan Lovells International LLP, Atlantic House, Holborn Viaduct, London EC1A 2FG.

The formal notice convening and outlining details of the AGM is being posted to shareholders today and, once posted, will also be made available to download from the Investor Relations section of the Company's website at www.phorm.com.

Phorm also announces that its registered office address has been changed with immediate effect to 38 Beach Road, #29-11 South Beach Tower, Singapore 189767.
