The Board of Directors of Tritax Big Box REIT plc (ticker: BBOX) announces that the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company will be held on Wednesday 1 May 2024 at 10.00 a.m. at

Ashurst LLP, London Fruit & Wool Exchange, 1 Duval Square, London E1 6PW
