Carr's (CARR.L), the Speciality Agriculture and Engineering group, announces that its 2023 Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be held at 12.00pm GMT on Monday 27 February 2023 at The Halston Hotel Carlisle, 20-34 Warwick Road, Carlisle CA1 1AB.

The Notice of Meeting is available to view on the Company's website at  www.carrsgroup-ir.com.  Hard copies have been posted to shareholders who have elected to receive them.

The Notice of Meeting has also been submitted to the Financial Conduct Authority's National Storage Mechanism and will be available for viewing shortly at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism.
